DANIEL SHAMOOELIAN

Daniel’s area of expertise lies in the sale of development/re-development sites in Los Angeles, as well as hotel/motel sales across all Southern California. He prides himself on strong organization and communication skills which affords his clients a high degree of trust, professionalism, and assurance. Daniel works closely with investors and developers in order to help them achieve their specific real estate goals and objectives. By leading with extensive research on the most valuable aspects of each property and corresponding area, he values the unique demands that motivate a prospective Seller and Buyer.

Daniel graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Business Economics. When not in the office, Daniel enjoys traveling and playing tennis among other sports. He is also fluent in Hebrew and conversational Farsi.
